Job Summary
We have a Facebook Group with approx 50 business owners that we need help with managing.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Creating and posting content
- Welcoming members
- Administrative tasks
- Booking guests, creating and publishing the events.
- Taking notes during the zoom calls.
- Providing engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
- Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Create FOMO content for us to share outside the community.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience building an online community.
- We require excellent customer service skills and an incredible communicator.
- Have high attention to detail, be able to think ahead and see duties that are needed in advance.
- Habits of batching material, and updating SOPs as things might develop, and knowing how to connect with members are all very important.
- Looking ahead to ask the questions needed to exceed expectations and due dates.
- Great research and critical thinking
- Familiar with research on booking guest speakers
- Proficient in Facebook, Zoom, Slack, Google Drive, Magai (or AI software)
Hours:
- While this is just a 5 hour a week job at the most, we communicate when needed on Slack mostly Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 7am to 12pm MST. The community needs to be checked in on at least once a day 6 days a week.
